Running is the only think that helped me lose weight..its hard to get started but way worth it
Anyone who exercises and eats right should be losing weight.
However, she'll need to really count calories. Probably no more than 1200 a day. She should write everything she eats down, because most people underestimate what they actually eat.
Also, how much is she exercising? If she's going for a leisurely walk a few times a week, she won't lose weight. In order to lose weight, you have to get the heart rate up and keep it up for at least 30-40 minutes a day, 5 times a week.
try swimming and horse back riding and a lot of hard work
