yeah you're overweight, but if you're losing it, then just continue what you're doing. At 5'4 you should be around 130, but if you're muscular than it can be a bit more, but not more than 145.
Umm wow u better go like throw up your dinner .. before u roll down the hilll.
JKJK
U should be like 150'
who cares its america fats "in"
Maybe its muscle -there was prob'ly a shift in fat being turned into muscle or vice-versa.
you know just because the scale says that you weight a lot and you don't look it.
its because of your muscles...some people have a lot of muscle weigh.
and here might be something you don't know but there are people who have heavy bone! which of course means your bones are big which adds numbers to your scale.

It's hard to see changes day to day, even if it's a large amount of losses. If you compare to when you started, you should be able to notice a more visible change.
Also, if you're not getting tired riding your bike, try pedaling harder in a different gear to make yourself exert more energy, or find a hill and go up it over and over. Once you've adapted to something, you need to change some part of the routine to keep steady gains coming.
how long have you been working out? 60 pounds is quite a weight loss i would saying since your working out your building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat and muscle burns fat even at rest! long term results are a slow process keep up the good work you will get there!
well you could tell us what build you think you are. like small, medium, or large.
that's good that u've lost 60 pounds. i've only got 25 down n i have like 30 left.
alot could be muscle and bone mass. but you say you look as big as 300, so i'm sure you must have some fat on you. i am 5'4 and 170 so i'm pretty big, but i also have alot of muscle and bone mass so i do not look as big. i recently lost 5 lbs this past week just from eating grilled meat with a salad everyday.think south beach diet...can be really yummy...drink alot of water and stay active at least 3 days a week. and just remember 180 is far off from 300...you are losing weight so keep up the good work!
Good job on the 60 Ib loss...not easy. Figure out your percent body fat and go from there. It's likely to be fat especially if you're not lifting weights. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see the difference at some point in time.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.think-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
