How can i drop these last few pounds not running or jogging?

ok i am 15 years old i weight like 240 and im really strong i think my max bench press is like 300 something last time i checked im mostly muscle my body fat percentage is at like 16 percent i belive but i still have a big gut i dont know why its pretty hard but its still not a six pac i lift weights 4 times a week and i think i eat about 2500 calories a day i just wana know what i can do to burn fat with out jogging or running or bikeing i know ic ould walk but thats not all the effective any suggestions

You could do other types of cardio. Like jump ropes... Um... Sports... I really can't think of any other way. Running and jogging would be the best. You won't lose any muscle as long as you keep on lifting weights during the time period you jog. So your best bet is to just run + jog.
So what's your poison? Beer?
Try cutting down on any food with fat in it and switch to veggies. It works wonders.
Try using an elliptical machine. Its the same motion as running but way easier on your joints. You could also try an aerobics class.
Your Diet :

You should consume 3,220 cal. a day to loose weight
60% should come from simple carbs
15% should come from fats ( fats found in food such as fish for example)
15% protein
This will allow you to drop around 2 pounds a week , so I hope you dont mind counting calories

Exercise you should do cardio but it doesnt have to be running or cycling , try a routine such as this :

do five exercises on each body part take no rest between sets . ( I.E. drop weight to 165 on your bench do 12 reps go directly to cable crossovers do 12 reps of 20 lbs on each side no rest go to incline bench and do the same . the goal is to go through your whole workout and not take a single break. Your muscles will fatigue , and you will burn lots of fat in the mean time. work on your abs as well but don't use weights just high reps. 100 crunches 100 oblique crunches 100 hip raises 100 leg lifts. If possible try to fit in some cardio just walk a few miles a day if thats all you got left.
If you have 16% body fat and you still got a gut, it MIGHT be an intestinal problem, do you take lots of artificial supplements and powders?
But maybe not. everybody holds their fat differently. I'd suggest a rowing machine for cardiovascular training and to burn fat.
