Whats the fasest way to get a six-pack?

Question:
Not just six packs put bigger arms.
No medicine just something i can do at home.

Answers:
AFI07 is right. I have a natural six-pack from my PBF being only 13%.

Do 30 crunches per sitting. You don't need to do 100s. After 30, the muscle doesn't respond well and you waste energy. Be sure to eat relatively healthy. If there is some fat in your ab area, don't worry, fat can be converted to muscle, in relative proportion of course. If you want to build your arms, try maybe using some hand-weights while you do your crunches. Do some reaching out movements as you crunch and uncrunch.
i heard everyone has a 6 pack under fat
Draw it on
carry the six pack home with you from the store...you'll work your arms out and you'll have your six pack as well.
working out lifting weight. basics that helped me were bench. squating, power lifting.
I got my six-pack at the corner store.
lots and lots of crunches and for the arms lift weights and eat better to loose weight, add protein to build muscle.
Liposuction and arm implants, if there is such a thing. Alternately, steroids work well.
if you need to loose a few pounds then do nothing but running and swimming until you are at the weight you want, THEN start to build muscle by doing lots of sit-ups/crunches/push-ups/lift... weights and keep jogging but now adding weights to your ankles or on your hands when running helps you get buff..good luck xoxoxoox
not be lazy and work out hard. No pain no gain
