Hey I'm a 15 yr old male and I weigh about 130lbs. I am pretty slim, I have a swimmer's build, but I'm not all that active save for playing tennis once or twice a week and going to my Y a few times a week. I don't do freeweights because I'm embarassed for some reason to ask someone to do it with me and I never feel like doing cardio though I know that I should. I, like every other teen on this earth, am concious about how I look. I wish that my abs would show up more, but I heard that you need 10% BMI for that. Mine is about 17.5-18%.
How can I get it down so that they show up and stilll look healthy?

males need around 7% BFI. it's very hard to accomplish without a lot of cardio and a good diet. check out the ABS DIET book. the best thing to do is work on your over all muscle growth. you can use circuit or resistence training with high reps and less weight.
