any hip adduction exercise, which involves pushing your legs together (while sitting) with resistance. any decent sized gym should have an adduction machine.
or, if the gym has a total hip machine, you can do resistance where you stand and push with one leg across your body.i dont really know how to explain it, but any trainer there should be able to tell you how to use a total hip machine.
the last way i can think of is this: when you do leg presses on the machine where you lie on your back and move up and down on a sled-like sliding piece. if you hold a lightweight medicine ball between your knees or upper legs while doing this leg press it will also help strengthen the inner thigh muscles.

Light squats . Light weight lotsa rep and sets. Try some step aerobics with a 10-12 inch step In 6 months you'll be cracking walnuts with those toned thighs and great calves..good luck

Hold on to a bar or something and go on flat feet and then rise up quickly on the balls of your feet and continue that for 20 times on 2 feet and then continue on 1 foot right and left so u should be going up and down up and down
use the machine desgined for them!
