How long before I see an improvement in my blood pressure?

Question:
The last few times I have been at the doctor, he said my blood pressure was a little high. I have recently started doing Tae Bo classes three times a week and jogging every day. I have always had a healthy, balanced diet. How long will it be before I begin to see a positive change in my blood pressure?

Answers:
My doctor told me that it takes six weeks of consistent exercise to show results for blood sugar and blood pressure.

Stay strong!
