Going out of town for 4 1/2 days?


Question:
Started back on exercise routine with 1 hour 2.50 mile walk daily on treadmill. Going to visit family for 4 1/2 days where it is way too hot (even at 5 am) to walk. Afraid if I don't work out, I will lose my motivation and will have a difficult time starting again when I get home.

This scenario happens everytime I leave town. So....any suggestions on how I can keep cardio exercise up without subjecting myself to 110 degree heat?

Answers:
You could always walk around the mall in the town or somewhere where it is cool, around shopping centers is the most popular place, or you could still walk outside just not as long or far since it will be so hot.
