The best way to lose body fat is to exercise; if you turn the fat into muscle, it will burn more calories, even when you're not working out. Low carb diets are very bad, because you are usually not getting the fiber you need. Plus, if you do do the low carb, that means you will be eating mor fats, and protein, and i no my self that being overweight, fats are not good for you. I did the low carb diet once, and lost about 6 pounds in a month, I got fed up so i did the low calorie and lost close to 25 pounds in a month! I didnt no that was possible. I consumed between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and every night i did simple exersizes, and when i wanted to reward myself i did. I wish you the best of luck!
if you go on a low carb diet you can end up getting kidney stones... all the time not just one or two through your whole diet

What about both low carb and low calorie?

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for 2 years.
