ummm well, your should do both, you cant just waterfast, its not healthy, your body can only intake so much water...But at the same time, water is good for your body, its fluhes your system, but you dont wanna flush it so much to where it flushes the nutirents...so do a lil of both...
do NOT just eat fruit. that is bad for u, u need nutrients to be healthy. u'll just be starving urself and it wont help u lose weight.
work out, exercise 1-2 hours a day if u can. cut down on carbs, starches, junk food, etc.

Regardless of what you do, though, you will gain back the weight lost on a crash diet.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?
Loosing a lot of weight fast doesn't mean to slim your tummy. It's not working that way. It's a long process to bring your tummy back in shape.
You are pretty the way you are , honey. Don't do anything bad to your body. And don't listen to people who want to sell you diet pills or other stuff. It is a dangerous thing.

well both are unhealthy ways to loose weight. For the next 10 days eat:
- less desserts or crap
- eat in proportions (1 serving only!)
- drink a LOT OF WATER (it helps digest the foods)

Neither!! You need to eat a balanced low calorie diet with sufficient protein (think Weight Watchers). Drink lots of water and 30 minutes of weight bearing exercise every other day. Also, you can add 30 minutes of cardio excercise on the other days.
OK drink lots of water and eat fruit and exercise daily and what ever you do dont fast that is not health so just water ,fruit and exercise
fruit is always good but water fasting doesnt. if by that you mean minimising your water intake then i wouldnt bother, if you drink less water the fluids you do ingest are retained, as the body thinks water is scarce, resulting in the appearance of gaining weight. drinking plenty of water is a better idea
do a fast where you drink only lots of water and teas and take fiber supplements. Look it up online. It actually is a very healthy thing for most people to do. It gets rid of lots of toxins. Weight loss is just a great side affect.
depends if you want to gain it back, i forgot wut is it called, but there is a juice you can drink, i once saw it in rite-aid, GNC, and some health stores, you can loose up to 10 lbs in a day but you will gain it back, because all you do is drink that juice and no food. try look it up something called celeberty diet drink... not so sure now. but its worth the try. other wise take stacker 2 but do not over dose yourself. and mainly just exercise, especialy b4 sleeping. no food b4 sleeping, and lots of sex if you can get it, wut a fat burner that is. seriously!

Those are not diets, they are dangerous starvation techniques.
You want to stick to one type of sustinance, at least try a protein...

Well, lets look at this from a logical point of view:
Fasting on only water for a period of ten days will harm your body.
Eating fruit for ten days is at least putting something in your stomach that is good for you, but minus the calories, of course.
The major drawback to eating just fruit for ten days is you might be spending a lot of time in the bathroom, as eating lots of fruit, especially for ten days will give you the worst case of the runs you have ever had, but then again, fasting on just water or a liquid diet for ten days will also put you in the bathroom, with cramps as well.
So, in conclussion, I would say that the combined mixture of eating fruit and drinking water would accomplish your desired goal of losing weight in ten days. Neither one of the two has any calories, does it?
