What am I looking for in Whey Protein?

Question:
I went to the nutrition store and I saw many brands of whey protein. How do I know which one I should get that's best for my money? i.e. What should I be looking at when looking at the labels?

Calories? Fat? Cholesterol? Sodium? Potassium? Protein?

Which ones should have high values and which ones should have low values?

How about the amino acids? Any specific one I want more of in it?

Answers:
I have been on Nature's Best, Isopure Ready to Drink, zero carb, 40 Grams of protein.

This is as per my Dr and nutritionist's recommendation as I do not like shakes.

They said to stay off of carbs and fat.

BTW, drink a lot of water... protein causes crystals in the urine.

Since I drink on bottle every day, I called Nature's best and ordered a dozen cases. They gave me one case free (13 for the price of 12) with free shipping and at $1.85/bottle. GNC charges $3 -$3.50 per bottle.
dun worry about the labels: go for the expensive ones! lol
low calories , low fat and rich protein. in cholesterol- hdl is preferable.amino acid are nothing but protein!.two kind of it one essential and non essential. essential get from food. non essential derived by body itself.
Whey protein + Soy protein isolate is the best form of proetin availbale. Soy protein is slow acting and whey proetin is fast acting. All protein contains amino acids. If you want to build muscles through Gym, use Formula 1 (nutrition shake mix, rich in soy protein isolate) + Formula 3 Personalied protein powder ( whey + soy protein isolate) + Formula 2, multivitamin, mineral and herbal tablets + Cell activator for absorption all these nutrients in to the body. What ever I have recommeded is rich in protein, potassium, low in fat, calories, sodium, no cholesterol.
