Or is it if you use and do weights 3 days(Wednesday, thursday, saturdays) you shouldnt use weights the day straight after if your doing it on the wednesday, is it better to not use weights the day after and give your body 1 day rest in between so u dont feel too much preassure and overdo it?? Will you get better results if you give your body that 1 day rest in between or if you can use weights the day after as well, will you still get the same good results?? Also, whats how many days is better to use weights just to tone, 2 days a week at the gym or 3??

you can use weight back to back days if you are using different muscle groups each day such as arms one day and legs the next. you shouldn't exercise the same muscle group on back to back days with weights though, your muscles need time to rest and repair.
