All of the exercises you listed where I can do none, require the use of your shoulders and I have a shoulder injury preventing me fomr performing those exercises :).
pushups= only from the knee
pullups or chinups= cant pull myself up but can hold myself there for a time
crunches= tonnes
situps= tonnes
