I am 5'7 and I weigh 175 .. i want to loose 40 pounds...how many calories and carbs should i consume a day? and how much exercise should i do?? and also if i doo all that in how long will i loose the weight?

Try sparkpeople.com, everything is free. And they have programs. I eat between 1,200 - 1,750 cals/day. Cardio 4 or 5 times a week. Lost 10 Lbs. in 5 weeks.
