How do you tighten your big stomach due to giving birth?

Question:
been trying for the last 4 years, no success

Answers:
Try keeping your abs tight at all times. My ballet teacher taught me that when I was younger. Along with that try doing some yoga. If you're doing the moves correctly you are always using your abs. This will help things tighten up. Of course you can't "spot tone" or lose weight off of just one part of your body. Without surgery that is. Eat healthy ect. ...ect... ;^)
Gotta do cardio and try lifting weights.
Walking, sit ups, leg lifts and if you are a nursing mother, it won't take very long.
Also, don't overfill your stomach, that makes it stretch even worse.
diet and exersize of course, or cut down on the sweets!
Get up and play with them...run around...any of the exercises that the rest posted are great too. kids can be tiring but you must keep moving~~~they do LOL
I have been trying for 3 years and nothing has helped me eiether. I talked to my Dr about it, and she told me that I can only make it better, but not 100% the way it was before I gave birth. :(
I know of an awesome site that specializes in getting rid of stomach fat & getting toned abs (or a flat stomach) the right way:

http://www.flatstomachsecret.com/...

Unfortunately, there are a lot of myths about losing stomach fat. People will try anything. I would at least take a look if you are serious about losing the fat & getting in shape.

Good luck!!
