It is very high in sodium - you shouldnt go over 2500mg a day.
Its not the healthiest thing to have and i am not a fan of junk food or anything premade, but its up to you.
I think it has a very high fat content, which may or may not be good for a pregnant woman - I think it just depends on who is preparing it. It may be made with peanut oil and you should ask your doctor if consuming it is a cause for peanut allergies...I read something about that
you are better off and healthirer for your child eating steamed vegetables. more tasty too.
