Workout advice... does my workout plan look good?

Question:
i won't have time to workout alot in college and i only want to workout about 4 times a week. so i'm planning to take kickboxing class twice per week and use dumbells for my arms/use a swiss balls for my abs/ and run on a treadmill twice a week. does that sound like a good plan? i want a more toned feminine look then a really cut look

Answers:
this is a good start but u wont be able to maintain this exact routine for months, ur routine needs to be changed up, even just slightly at least every six weeks, ur body adapts to routines quickly and u wont see results

to change it up, add another kickbox class or throw in some HIIT or bootcamp once a week, up ur cardio or up ur weights, anything to change it up to keep ur body guessing so u see optium results...also just changing the exercises to diff times of the day or diff days of the week
i think thats enough.
actually the best one is ellytical. its way better than treadmill, but i guess kickboxing will help you A LOT!
Sounds great to me! I wish i had your motivation
its good but you should also have a healthy diet that will give you lots of energy, but not make you fatter.
It Sounds good..you are using different days to target different parts of the body..but don't forget to hydrate and
maintain a balanced diet. That way you can feed the muscles
and have energy to burn the fat..Have fun
If you can keep it up, maybe.
The freshman 15 await...

Done.
sounds good, running and weights will get you toned.
