i can honestly say ministry of sounds workout dvd's really help and you don't have to do the sit ups as there are alternatives in the dvd. i workout to pump it up, burn it, lose it and also the ultimate dance workout both are really good i can tell you that. they last 1 hour and 15 mins but the time goes by so fast because the music is really good and you can just have fun at the same time. i am planning on getting another one very soon!

Running (or some other cardio exercise if you like) will burn fat a lot more effectively than situps will. But you also need to eat well and watch your calorie intake--5 or 6 smaller sized meals a day. This isn't to say you should never eat pizza, you just have to make sure you don't take in more calories than you need.
