He needs to do more cardio activities. That is what really burns the fat. Sports like baseball are not cardio and don't include a lot of activity. He also has to eat less. Part of his weight is probably from overeating. Try to just get him to do more overall. Join clubs, go to the pool, play intramurals in school. Try to limit watching TV, playing video games, and going on the computer. If he really sets his mind to losing weight and being healthy, this should work. I hope I helped!
his doctor should be giving him effective weight loss pills i think? controll his meals. have his mom secretly put him on weight watchers.
that is definitly not normal, but you have to do something soon, or else it will get harder and harder to get to a normal weight. the best thing to do is have him eat healthy snacks, excercise a LOT, and have smaller meals.
