I need to lose 14lbs or become more toned. Will this help me lose the weight ?


Question:
Heyy ! I need to lose 14lbs or at least become more toned around my stomach and legs. I'm 5"7 and currently I weigh 129lbs. I'm going to eat 1/2 of what I usually eat and eat alot more vegetables and fruits and drink more water. For exercise I'm going to take a brisk walk (30minutes) every morning afternoon and evening. For my stomach and leg muscles I'm going to do pushups, situps, squats, and scissors all (x50). Will this work?
(eg.) breakfast:
2 slices of brown bread & lowlow butter
snack:
piece of fruit
lunch:
a salad / or soup and bread
snack:
another piece of fruit
dinner:
meat/fish & potatoe nd veg.! thats it

Any suggestions would really really help me lots.! This is soo appreciatted. xXxXx

Answers:
At your current weight, no matter how less you eat will not make you thinner. You need to work out to get rid of any unwanted fat. However, I'd add a little more to your meal. Like add 1 yogurt and 1 sugar free juice and a glass of milk to the day plan.
