I need to lose 14lbs or become more toned. Will this help me lose the weight ?

At your current weight, no matter how less you eat will not make you thinner. You need to work out to get rid of any unwanted fat. However, I'd add a little more to your meal. Like add 1 yogurt and 1 sugar free juice and a glass of milk to the day plan.
