Am i healthy weight and how can i get in shape?

I am 6'3" and 180 lbs guy
is this a good weight for me and is 45 minutes of jogging every day enough to get in good shape?

You are at a perfectly fine weight. BMI is 22. You are in a perfect weight range for your body. 45 minutes would be wonderful to *maintain* your weight because you *do not* need to lose any.

Yes, that's healthy, and jogging is great. You don't even have to do it every day. You may want to add some variety though, and add swimming or walking or basketball as well.
thats a good weight i wish i was there lol. the workout is good you dont have to do it every day but at least 3 times a wk.
Your height and weight are both very healthy. If you want to get into shape jogging for 45 minutes a day will help you with the cardio aspect of getting in shape. If you want to get muscle tone, lift weights every other day. Do different sections of muscle groups, back, arms, legs, etc. If you dont have access to a health club or gym you can do various exercises to help with your muscle tone. You can look up different circut training techniques to help you get different variations. Also, swimming is a good thing. If you have access to a pool swim for about 30 minutes to an hour with different stroke techniques and "drags" ( kickboards, fins, etc).
