HELP-Weight loss?
Question:
If so can i have some tips
or good excersizes that flattens the stomach
Or any machines that are under $20 that will help with anything without becoming muscular
Answers:
It is possible but I don't think it would healthy to lose 15 pounds in two or three weeks. They say you should lose 1-2 pounds a week. Just continue to eat right. Eat vegetables, don't eat a lot of candy and drink lots of soda. And maybe get into some extracurricular activities at school like basketball or track. You could just play outside for an hour or go walking around the neighborhood. But don't try to overdo it. You're really young and young people shouldn't do extreme excercise and dieting to lose weight. Just lose a little at a time.
One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle. To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle.
