ANYTHING that make you move is a good workout. The longer you do it, the better. Basketball and soccer are two of the best workouts within the world. And many those enjoy that. 10 push ups isn't discouraging. I know some people that regard as they are great, and they can only do 10 honourable push ups. keep working on doesn`t matter what makes you move, and you will capture better. Some other suggestions are dancing, volleyball, walking, running, biking, swimming, hiking, playing strip, skipping, etc. Just move for at least 15 consecutive minutes or more.
