How can i keep my wieght down?

Question:
i excercise i eat healthy! what m i doin wrong how can i get toned and help my wieght?

Answers:
Define excercise and eating healthy. Walking up one flight of stairs everyday and drinking diet soda is not either.

If you are gaining without changing your excercise regimine or eating habits, it could be hormonal like a thyroid or something. When you are stressed, sometimes your body will not burn fat as readily.

Focus on eating lean protiens, whole grains, and fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. Find some new healthy recipes to inspire you.

I love using pilates to help tone up. Also try doing a 5 min excercise in the morning, it boosts your energy and metabolism.
Make sure you eat smaller meals throughout the day, always eat breakfast, get plenty of water and sleep, and strength train.
are you a bimbo?
i dont know u can try slim fast or healthy choice. they are alot of money thou
Consistency, be consistent in making exercise, many people exercise only when they want to loose weight or do it for a week or too and they expect to see results right away. You have to be consistent to se results on the long run, and to be healthy you have to watch the quality and quantity of the food you eat, also be consistent in that, don't over eat one day and try to make diet next, is better if you be consistent all the time eating small portions and healthy food, if want to try cakes or something with lots of fat is OK in very small portions In special occasions, but define "special" occasion before.
