What is the fastest way to flatten my stomach?


Question:
I am a small girl, i vary between a size 6 and 8,but I have a little bit of a tummy. I want to flatten my stomach, I know it won't happen over night, but I want something that will show results (just so I don't give up). What can I do to flatten my stomach (either at home or at the gym).

Answers:
Exercise more than you eat. Drink lots of water. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Do crunches or sit ups about 20 times a day. If you want to increase the number its ok. If it's too much, start with 5 and gradually increase to 20.

I don't know how long you can spend at the gym, but I have never seen a serious runner (not necessarily a marathon runner) with anything other than a flat stomach. I myself walk about five miles a day and stay at a size six. (I've been out of high school for over 25 years, so its not that I'm still young.)
