As a catabolic food, is broccoli/spinach/cauliflo... better raw or cooked?

Question:
It sounds like a dumb question, but the only website I found directly referencing the issue of food prep said all three were best if cooked. Can anyone find a different citation?

Answers:
Actually, you kill the natural enzymes when you cook your food (except for tomatoes).

There is a lot of info out there about the benefits of a mostly raw food diet. You don't have to be 100% raw foodist, but you may want to not cook everything all the time. It's better for you not to!
how right was that website these will taste like mud if youll eat it raw..
Lightly steamed with a sprinkle of lemon.
better 4 you raw and it taste better :)
