I want to move about on a fair diet but pay packet the lowest amount for groceries per month?

what should I eat and how much should I spend? simply wondering if I can buy a monthslong worth of food for $100 or less.

Answers:    If it's lately yourself- yes you can budget yourself to $100 of food each month. I do it myself.

My tricks:

-Put within $100 cash within a pouch or something to say, that's my food money. Everytime you dance shoping for food, bring it AND ONLY BUY FOOD WITH IT
-Buy items on sale whether it's near coupons or specials
-Buy store brand items - they're always cheaper
-Make a roll of food items you need to purchase formerly going
-Eat before you travel grocery shopping
-Minimize eating out, it can be $$$$
