Natural mouthwash, teeth whitener ?

Question:
Is there any mouthwash that can be prepared at home and used ? Similar question on teeth whitener - Any natural herb/mixture that could take away the stains due to tea/coffee -

If there are no natural ones, can anyone suggest proven mouthwashes, teeth whiteners that are available in India ? Also, using teeth whitener strips - are they good Or can they damage the enamel ?

Help appreciated

Strawberries are a natural tooth whitener, you can use them at home. From http://aches.in/toothwhitening.html...
Yes, Baking Soda with just a bit of water to make a paste.
any over the counter mouthwash and toothpaste should be ok...but i would focus more on brushing your teeth 2x a day at least very well...use an electric toothbrush, they work wonders. also, white strips work too..they are safe as long as you follow the directions! good luck.
I have used peroxide for mouth wash for years. It keeps my teeth white, my mouth extremely clean and I rarely get sick since the peroxide keeps me free of the yucky stuff that causes some illnesses.
Neem juice, when wet neem sticks chewed and used as a brush for teeth helps.
Before I brush with regular toothpaste, I pour(or spray) a little hydrogen peroxide on my tooth brush or in my mouth, and do a little pre-brush. Then I follow with a toothpaste that contains baking soda.
Using too much may damage the tooth enamel... so don't use a whole crap-load, hehe.
Also, be careful not to actually swallon the hydrogen peroxide ofcourse though... too much will poisen you :S Good luck! :-)
