anything cardiovascular. Anything that burns fat so, you want to do anything that increases your heart rate. Some options would be running, elliptical, swimming, sports. And don't just like walk for 3 hours because that doesn't work. You have to run and sweat if you want to lose the fat in your thighs

but once i read somewhere that using the elliptical helps a lot
it burns twice the calories of a treadmill, and its working your whole body, especially legs
