I am sick of being made fun of for being fat what do i do?

ok i am 13 and weigh 173 pounds and i am 5 4' i am over weight and i can't seem to get on the tredmill or go for a walk with my dogs i get made fun of alot and cry often cause of it i have no idea what to do i need help :(

I would recommend laying off of the pop and drinking tons of water instead...this will help a bit. I know what you mean though. I'm also 5'4 and about 175lbs. Problem here is that I'm 30 years old so it will be harder for me to lose it than for you.

As for those people that make fun of you...really don't let them get to you. I know that is hard to do and it takes time to just shrug them off. But keep in mind that these people do not matter in your life. They are not your family and they are not your friends. What they think of you means absolutely nothing. It is how you feel about yourself. Yes, you want to better yourself for yourself, but for now try to be happy with who you are. you need to go on a diet,and go to the gym and if you cant afford it just run run and run!! ohhh and drink lots of water it would help sweetie
Try Dieting,and why cant u get on the tredmill or walk your dogs?even if people make fun of you just ignore it your probly gonna lose your weight and look better then they are, Also try Bikeing with your friends or do any type of sports your friends are into and do some after school sports and Drink lots of water, Don't worry you WILL lose the weight
There are two things you can control. How much exercise you get and what types of food you eat.

Everyone makes fun of fat people....that is just life. So dont think ur the only overweight girl who gets made fun of. You did something that you may not even have noticed that was a great starting point,...you posted on here! This proves you are willing to do whatever it takes to lose weight yes? ... Well I think you have to MAKE yourself get on th treadmill I mean you don't gotta do 2 hours at ONCE! Try to run untill you feel tired, stop get your breath and then start again. Even if it means ur only on it for 3 mins or 2 minutes as long as you ran SOME amount of time. You can start with that and gradually build the stamina to do more minutes then eventually hours!

stop eating the following foods - (these foods slow down your metabolizm and clog your arteries and such... they are very bad for you)

sugars (cake, chocolate milk, candy, sweet cerials, ect)

red meat (pig and cow, bacon, hamburgers)

dairy (cheese, yogurt, milk)

NOW, these are GOOD FOODS -

Soy Milk (get the vanilla flavor, this will be for cereal and smoothies)

Special K cereal (strawberry is my favorite, with the vanilla soy milk its like strawberries and cream)

tuna (in the cans, and low calorie mayo for tuna fish sandwhiches)

turkey slices (also for sandwhiches, try not to use mayo, mustard and tomato and lettuse is great)

if you must drink something besides water, try to drink Enviga (berry or peach flavors, green tea is gross) or even publix sweet tea. some sugar is OK. my only sugar comes from a glass of sweet tea with dinner.

if you must, you can use regular milk for cereal. but it cuts out a LOT of calories to use soy milk.

for snacks, cook up pasta or rice. Olivio is a great butter substitute, but only for frying things like fish or cooking scallops.
dont stop eating, just eat better. lay off the junk foood.
drink as much water as possible too. its also good for your skin :].
exercise! just increase your physical activites more every day. start with working out maybe liek 10 minutes a day, and then do more the next day when you think you can do more.

Hey. I am just like you right now!! Although I'm older and heavier but that's besides the point. I've been made fun of SO many times I can't keep track of them all. I get so depressed sometimes too. I also cry. But sometimes I try to accept myself as I am you know. Although I'm trying to lose a little weight. I lost 4 pounds in one week so far so I'm OK. I eat alot of veggies and fruits that are available at my house. I love eating pears and bananas XD. I also do sit-ups each night. I do at least 20 or more and I do other exercises. The ones I do don't exactly need alot of movement but It's fine. I hope I helped boost your mood. Just try to eat more fruits and veggies and do as much exercise as you can. Although 173 seems like a better weight than mine and I'm 14!! wow OK I'm done. Good luck! And remember don't pay attention to those jerks who make fun of you because they have no right to make fun of someone just because they are a little chubby. I accepted myself. ALSO confidence makes it ALL better. :)
