go to over eaters anonymous... they'll give you the tools there to change your life... you find out that it's not just your diet that'll improve ... your entire outlook gets better
just google it and you should have a weekly meeting in your area...

I totally feel your pain. Hate being fluffy myself. Get a partner and diet together. Start walking. It's all cliche sounding but you can't do it alone. Believe me, I've tried!
every time you think of food think of this/your post!!......i dont know myself i think the only person who can help themselves is you. You should starting exercising as well, you knees hurt because you are not moving them enough! What do you think we have legs for..certainly not to sit all day. So get up, go walk for 20 minutes it makes a difference!! Dont drive if its like right up the street..walk!, dont take the elevator take the stairs!...go to the mall its alot of walking there.
Some stuff that helps me with food cravings is that i go outside alot and try to surround myself where food isnt. If you don't stop this addiction you will only dig yourself into a more deeper hole. And everyone knows the deeper you go, the harder it is to get out.
