Big Bum !!?


Question:
I seem to have gained a large backside lately, I do tend to sit down at my PC most days so I know its my own fault.
Would love any tips about ridding this excess fat!
I have already made a start by sitting on my excercise bike and peddling whilst on PC.
I have 4 kids so going for long runs are out of the question because I cant take them all with me .
Need tips for excercing in the home or garden.

Try jogging on the spot then if you eat things like cakes or stuff like that cut down on those, do the jogging everyday for at least half a hour and it will work
Treadmill
get a treadmill or walk in the evening
Try to be active with your kids. An afternoon of running around the backyard with them will be a better workout than any gym. The bike @ PC thing is brilliant, and shows you're on your way already, as far as commitment!
just eat breakfast that is rich in fiber and walk 1000 steps a day.. it helps me
