Will i gain weight tomorrow morning?
Question:
today i ate less calories than yesterday.
i went for a walk around our mall for about 2 hours,
i went for a walk around my court for about 10-15 minutes.
and i went to my gym and did the stairmachine thingy and the treadmill and burned 200 calories in total.
i also used the chest press, shoulder press, ab machine and a few other machines.
this is a really stupid question,
but am i going to be heavier tomorrow because of the muscle gain? :S
Answers:
If you build muscles, then you will tend to be heavier than before because muscles are heavier than fat. However, you should not be too obsessed with how much you weigh. Instead you should check your fat content in your body.
I'm sure over time you will notice how good you look in your clothes when unsightly bulges disappear and how confidently you carry yourself. I think that should be the desired result instead of numbers on the weighing machine.
All the best !
No because your burnt weight off and your weight is in how you eat.
Hmm...maybe. To solve this problem, I think you should try having an ideal look for your body instead of a weight.
Your in luck here your body weighs less in the morning.why you ask because alot of things have digested and settled.
Also your body hasnt swelled any or retain water near as much because you where off your feet sleeping.
No,you will be fine tomorrow.
I think you won't actually gain any muscle unless you eat more calories than you consume. In order for muscle to build you need lots of calories plus protein. Because if you're not calorie positive then your body will break your muscles down and use them for energy instead.
Say for example today you only used 800 calories worth of energy and you eat 900 calories worth of food. Those extra 100 calories would get stored as fat on your body for future use as energy.
But if for example you eat 600 calories in a day and your energy requirment for that day was 800 because you did some extra exercise or something that used more energy, then your body would start to use the fat that it stored on your body from a previous day as energy when you eat more calories than you needed. Then after it used your fat as energy it would start to break down your muscle for energy.
So unless your calorie positive and your feeding your body with loads of protein I don't think you'll experience any muscle gain so you shouldn't be heavier. Sorry for the long answer I know alot of it isn't relevant I just like talking about it lol
