Obviously less than you are eating now. LOL JK
Just remember to burn as many calories as you are intaking. I am losing weight super fast using the Atkins diet. If you are a vegetarian, this is not for you. Just make sure you follow the plan if you are planning on using it.
It basically says to cut out all carbs for a couple of weeks, then you follow the plan to slowly add a few in at a time. It is tough, trust me. You get tired of eating steak.

750 is too little, I would say between 1500 and 2000, remember you burn calories in everything you do, restrict the amount of fat in your diet and increase your exercise time and you will loose more weight. Workout 30-60 minutes twice a day 6 days a week and you will drop weight like crazy.

a person's caloric requirement requires not only height and weight for caloric computation but also the level of physical activity a person does on a day to day basis. a dietitian can estimate your caloric needs after conducting assessment on your body's needs.
If you wanna lose weight, go for 1200. you'll lose the weight fast! i promise, also exercise, because that'll help as well.
The trick is to look beyond calory counting but eat healthy, work out, avoid frissy drinks like colas. Eat a lot of veggies, fruits and above all, just love yourself.
It depends what are you eating now and how many calories are you taking in right now ? knowing this will help us all awnser your question but i would say between 1200 to 1500 calories a day eat every two to three hours at around 300 calories in a sitting and there 4 times a day at 300 calories is 1200 and 5 times a day would be 1500 also try and only take in sugar from complex carbs fruits and veggies is all basically. If you have any bad habits it is best to work on them first before even trying to figure anything else out and by bad habits i mean chips fast food pop coffee and things high in sugar and junky. Once you cut that stuff out things will get alot easier trust me i have lost weight but i am also still not were i wanna be yet and it is from hard work 60 to 80 minutes of cardio a day remember to warm up and cool down to when doing cardio very inportant. And last but not least water water water very important alot of people who workout do not drink enough water a day and it is not good to not drink it to begin with but it is even more important when you workout to gain your sweat back i drink tons so good luck and i wish you nothing but success.
750 may be too low. It all depends on what you doing ( the level of your daily activity). Eat 5 times a day 250 kcal each a total of1250 a day. Do some exercises, avoid fat and sugar, dont forget your vegetable and fruits. eat lean meat, skim milk and some fibers.
It is a headache counting calories, carbs, fats and points. It makes eating out difficult too.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
