I need to drop weight fast. I heard there is a way to do it where you drink a LOT of water or something. I...?

don't care if it's just water weight... It's for a weighing for sports... so I HAVE to do this... next thursday the 23rd. HELP!
p.s. I dont need anyone to tell me its unhealthy or how to exercise and eat a balanced diet.

It is very dangerous to overdose on water - it is technically an acid. Eat more fruit and fibre and that will speed up defecation (which is what the water thing does) - it all adds body weight. Try eating your food (I assume you will be dieting anyway) in small portions throughout the day and never after 6 pm - it speeds up the metabolism and walk as often as you can especially upstairs which does the same. Finally a sauna or just a hot bath can help lose water weight.
If you drink entirely too much water, you can die. To drop weight fast, decrease the amount of calories you take in a day - and increase the amount of physical activity you do.

I was going to tell you cardio and a low fat diet, but you don't want to hear that. There is no other way to lose weight. just drinking water wont make you lose weight.
eat two meals a day one in da morning and one about 6ish but chew proplery dont swollow big chunks! then for the rest of the day between meals have some juice (LOW FAT)...
You can use natural herbal supplements which do not have any side effects. you can also try some exercise or some natural remedy for weight loss. There are some other options by which you can loose weight also.Also try to consult with a doctor for help.
