Answers:
sit ups, pilates, and running. These will all help you tone and slim your belly.

Also, eat wheat bread instead of white bread. Cosmo did a study last year where 10 women ate white bread for a year and 10 ate wheat bread. the women that ate white bread had an extra inch on their bellies after a year bc of all the starch. other than that, eat what u normally do.
pilates
Running alot, try running up hill, don't eat alot of foods that have carbohydrates. Do ab exercises.
If you eat late at night that could be causing it. Also if you eat foods high in sugar or carbohydrates such as bread it has the same effect. Try not eating after 6:00p.m. this should work. If you have to have lots of carbs do some sit ups, side stretches, and stomach crunches.
If you have not started your menstrual cycle yet, it will stay that way until you do. Otherwise you can do sit ups and push ups to help. Also check your posture. Sometimes it can just be a matter of bad posture. If you hold your shoulders back, tummy in, and have good posture, it will eliminate the appearance of a puffy tummy.
