excersise every day
try to reach a goal say two hundred situps every day, 100 in the morning 100 in the evening, it will be hard to begin with but just try your best.
As your fitness increases, say in week two you will add another excercise which will be laying flat on your back and with hands tucked under your bum, raise your straight legs together or one at a time raise and lower each leg 50 times daily plus the sit ups. then on day three of the second week increase the leg raises to 100 each leg per day. and you will try to fit in some jogging for half an hour at least every other day from day one week one. Your food intake should be half your normal, plus 1ltr of water a day. This is a garanteed answer - but its you that has to do the work
pilates, eat healthy, no sweets, no empty calories, fried foods, lots and LOTS of veggies and fruits.
Drink more water, stay away from sweets.
run a mile a day, even if you have to walk some of it. try to make your food portions smaller and drink alot of water. milk or orange juice would be ok but preferably water.
tape your elbows so they are in the out and locked position...
Crash diet. Honestly, if you want to loose more than a pound a week there's no healthy approach to it. Obviously stay off the sweets especially colas, run as much as possible, and eat less than 1000 calories a day.
