How can i loose 1stone in 4 weeks?

iv got a cycling machine in my basement, a weights one where i can do sit ups etc
is it possible i can loose weight

All you need is patience, consistency and determination. There are certain things people keep ignoring when they try to lose weight:
1) You need to change your lifestyle. People go on crash diets and lose some pounds, then they get back to their old eating habits, hence gaining more pounds, and the cycle repeats again. Junk food and soft drinks are evil, period. They are the main culprits for a big stomach.
2) Do cardio consistently at an intensity that totally wear you out. It makes you lose weight faster. Don't underestimate inconsistency, it's the main clause of failure for those flat-ab wannabes.
3) Don't rush weight loss. You can only lose 2.5lbs per week at MOST. Any more and you're losing muscle as well. Don't expect visible results in a week or two. They only start to show after a month or so. Do you really think you gain all those pounds of fats in just a few weeks? Then don't expect to shed them pretty soon. As long as you persevere, you'll be rewarded.
Lots of things are possible.

If you're going to hit underweight weight's, then my personal advise is NOT TO DO IT, it might affect your health as you're still so young, and as you claim, healthy. Now it's the time for you to eat more nutrition food during your teenage years instead of getting yourself into the "Anorexic" trend.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
