I'm 160 cm and 43 kg :-S. Anyway, I think you're just a little bit round but its cute anyway :)
Hmm.. I guess it's of acceptable weight but doesnt consider slim?
you will know if your weight is appropriate for your height if you use the body mass index. even your gender and age are factors in determining your bmi.
the site mentioned below can determine your bmi...
I'm the same height and 50kg. You are not fat. You most likely need to exercise.
you are the same size as Rosie O'Donnell. xxxl
no your not...
your normal...
check your BMI(bodymass index)
fats and flabs can go away...
you just need exercise to get rid of them and trim those thighs...('',)
well...do u know wat your body fat % is?
25-29% is acceptable, and 18-24% is ideal. anything above 30% is considered overfat, and below 18% is not recommended for women unless she's some kind of hardcore athlete or is naturally very thin. they say between 20-22% is most optimum and is considered fit for a woman.
according to your bmi u're at a healthy weight, and a healthy weight for your height would be anything between 49kg and 63kg...so u're perfectly fine and good.
it would help to know what your fat percentage is though...that would be a better indication of how much fat u have in your body...i'm 166cm and 63kg, wear a size 8 to 10 (UK size) and am at 28% body fat...i have fat to lose to get down to 22%..but right now i don't really look fat unless u were to tell me to put on a bikini, i could start pinching myself in places and not stop...hehe, so i'm guessing your body fat must be anywhere around 25 to 28%, unless ur some kinda athlete...just a guess though...u might wanna get it checked :)
if u wanna know how much u should lose, 1% of fat is equal to around 0.5kg...u probably should just start eating more protein and less carbs or sugary stuff, and hit the gym 2-3 times a week, do a bit of weight liftng to tone u up and do some running or some moderate to intense cardio on the treadmill for around 20 mins 3x a week to burn fat. good luck!
PS. it also depends on your age, if you're below 18, your body is still trying to stabilize itself, especially with all the hormones and stuff, so it's normal to weigh a little more or a little less...u'd wanna wait till u're atleast 18 to start losing weight or anything like that.
