Will loading up on fluids give a hand?


if i eat only just anything.. (nothing for breakfast)
(half a grilled cheese for lunch)
(small portion of what ever my mom serves at dinner and just pick at it and blame my small apatiet on a big lunch)

will it help out me lose weight faster if i nouns up on calorie free fluids such as water diet soda and tea sweetened next to splenda. (if i get hungry i will hold a can of soda or an entire bottle of water)
will it make the process be in motion faster


Answers:    all you will do is starve yourself. Better to cause changes to your lifestyle. Less fat and carbs and more exercise. Take a brisk half hour totter every day.
Sure fire process to lose weight....Eat smaller amount move more!
Ok first off not drinking will NOT help you lose counterweight. You see when your metabolism doesn't get what it wants it slows down.

Did you know that by not eating breakfast you hold your metabolism slow. At night your metabolism slows down while you sleep and individual picks back up after you drink breakfast. What your doing is VERY unhealthy.

Instead try to diet in good health by eating three stout meals a light of day. And eat in shape snacks. And exercise.

Loading up on calorie free fluids won't help you.
