No foods make you taller. Sorry is genetic or something
i don't know!! this is a really bad question to ask because there really aren't any foods that make u taller! the only thing that helps make u taller is mainly exercising and sleeping and stretching A LOT!! that's mainly it!! i am actually 14 and 5'2" and I'm considered short too!! so that's y i looked at this question to see if there really was any answers to this!! but there weren't any!! i no how u feel!! best of luck to your growth spurts in the future!! :]

there are no foods that make you taller but there are pills that make you taller but have to sleep 10 hours a day but when you get use to it you can sleep for a regular 8 hours

well, foods help you grow taller, not make you.
of course, no food can make you grow taller in a day or week or boost your height crazy, but some foods help you grow taller. eat more greens. eat more high protein foods, drink more milk, drink less soda or sugar drinks, drink more water, and more importantly, more exercise. it takes time to grow tall.
Eat right+exercise=grow taller.
