I'm a runner. I've always had bigger legs. Running helps but cycling...and hiking.WOW! I've noticed a huge difference in the last 6 months by replacing 1 to 2 workouts a week with cycling and hiking once a week and I'm talking a really tough uphill hike...good luck!

Yes,running helps to slim down your legs but also at the same time builds muscle. When you are on a treadmill icrease the incline and it will work your inner thigh. Squats also help to slim down. Also try lunges. Here is an exercise for your legs. Get down on all fours and extend one leg up behind you and then bac down. Do this five to ten times and then switch legs. Do this for scattered time that adds up to an hour a day.
