Please I REALLY REALLY need help?


Question:
Day 1: bicep curls, deltoids, forearms and back
Day 2: inclined, declined and normal bench press, triceps
Day 3: same as day 1
Day 4: same as day 2
Day 5: same as day 1
Day 6: same as day 2
Day 7: rest

Is that too much? If it is what can I do to improve my workout plan? I throw lower body in every once in a while. I also play basketball everyday. Thanks.
p.s. I'm 15, 5"11

Work in some cardio along with strength training. It burns fat to show off the muscles you work for.
