Why is my friend two sizes smaller than me but the same weight and height...?

Question:
well almost same weight...i weigh like 7 lbs more than her but...does 7 lbs really make a difference??well in this case yes..

Answers:
Muscle weighs more than fat. Basically, you have more fats and little muscle compared to your friend and she has slightly more muscle and little fat.
cause people are different.

Would you want everyone to look the same?
first off who cares lol, second of all you just have a bigger waste maybe your big boned?
muscle weighs more and takes less space than fat.

So... sounds like you have more fat and less muscle.
she probably has less fat and more muscle tone than you, muscle weighs more than fat but you look slimmer

it's not black and white with weight, it's the proportion of fat and muscle in your body
what also makes a difference is the way you are both proportioned... if she has a longer waste or smaller chest and butt but bigger thighs...she might wear a smaller size then you but still be the same weight as you...also, if most of YOUR weight comes from say your stomach UP and her's is from the stomach DOWN, she might wear a smaller size then you... you may also have a larger bone structure then your friend. Many things could cause her being 2 sizes smaller.. don't worry about it--it's not a big deal.
i think about 7 pounds could mean two sizes smaller and every store is different with the size of clothes and evryone has a different body type. she might have more muscle than u because muscle takes up less room than fat and makes you look skinnier.
Yes it does.
