Can someone lead me towards a good diet and exercise plan for an endomorph?


Question:
I would like to lose weight first then gain muscle later. I rarely eat meat. Let's just say I am way out of shape.

Any advice would be helpful!

go to a certified nutritionist. have yourself a check up and ask your doctor to put you on a diet. Ride a bike an hour per day. Walk an hour per day. This should be in addition to moving around.
Eat leaner foods. You can eat fish and forego meat as long as you want.
Snack on fruits.
