Wich is the best way to do home-made abs?

Bicycle crunches are awesome. What I like to do is:
Your sitting down, legs mostly extended. You start to go back slowly( like you are going to lay down ), but you will get to the point that you feet want to come off the ground. You'll start to feel a pull on the abs. I grasp my hands together at the center of my chest ( kinda like you are praying ). I touch elbows to opposite knee with a torso twist. Right elbow to left knee, etc.. I do it with a flutter kick in a way. Your body stays in the angle while you twist your torso and raise your leg for the elbow to knee contact. Takes some balance, but if you get it down it pays off.

It's gets quite painful. Works the obliques as well as the abs.
