I need to gain weight?

i read an article on yahoo that says if you don't look at the scales when you are trying to lose weight it helps, but can it work the other way?

also i am eating more than usual but i have only gained like two pounds in over a month i'm 5'11 and weight 137

if you have small frame and you are a girl, then you are fine. for men, average small frame men weight 146-157 lb. try to eat more high protein foods, drink more milk.

yea, things take times. thats ok. keep doing it. 2 lbs per month, you will gain 24 lbs in a year, which 137+24=161lb. you will be fine.

We had a problem, a medical problem with our daughter when she was very young. Oatmeal, with whole milk and butter, that will fatten you up. Just don't eat it forever, but eat it before meals or snack time, it seems to stay with you. Hope this helps.
