Stairmaster...level 9 or more, 30 minutes will burn close to 250 calories or more. Also, cycling (spinning) will burn 500-600 calories an hour. Running is good, but not as good as stairs or spinning. Good Luck!
stair climbing is good, but u have to take care of ure knees... wear a knee guard or something.. personally i would recommend jogging..
I like the ellyptical glider the best. Burns lots of calories quickly (about 600 per hour) and it is easier on your knees than the StairMaster.
