Answers:
I play soccer. The things I like to eat/drink before, after, and between games are..
- orange juice
- granola bars
- fruit (preferable bananas)
- carbs (like toast and cereal)
- energy drinks
- water (of course)
- nature valley bars
- rice (lots of carbs)
(make sure you eat light foods, NO MEAT, because that will weigh you down and make you feel stuffed later on in the game)
And by the way, you do not need to get BIGGER because in soccer, that doesnt matter. For example I am only 5'5 1/2" and 110 pounds, i play girls that are much taller and wider than me but im aggressive and i am fast so that is why im a better player. Just make sure you are aggressive and work on your agility and thats all you need. Dont work out because thats just a waste of your time.

They eat ****.
Hmm...well I was in soccer, they told me to eat lots of greens such as broccoli, beans etc. They also told me to eat lighter red meats, not so much, and to keep exercising and drink alot of water. Keep being active, eat potatoes too or anything starchy like rice, there isn't exactly a "chart" for their diet, just stay healthy and eat well, don't overeat or stock up on junk. You also don't need to be "bigger" for soccer, it helps by itself, that;s how I got bigger :).
stay away from tea, coffee, donuts.
im serious
u r SO short
no offense
Eat healthy, lots of green.
Carbs are important for sports, since you burn lots of them.
Don't over eat before a game - you'll have an upset stomach.
