ok well i im 11 yrs infirm && im about 4'8 and my doctor say that if i was not as elevated as i am then i would be over counterweight......sometimes i think im margarine but then other times i dont.....i be thinking not to make myself anorexic but to lose approaching atleast this week or like 20 this month.....i told my mom to construct sure i eat helthier,ride my bike everyday for approaching an hour,jog beside her in the mornings,stop drinking soda,&& bear hip-hop and acrobat jazz classes??......would that help?
